"Fewest dropped calls..."

"...of any network." That's a load of lies if I ever heard one. Cell phone service in general is spotty at best. I can't tell how many times I have tried to make, or receive a call only to have one party unable to hear the other. Or, I can't tell how many times I have been on the phone with someone and had the call completely dropped.

Solution: Improve cell phone service. How? you say. Well, first, no more miniaturization. Cell phones and their components are small enough. Sometimes they're too small. Second, put more powerful transmitters on cell phones. This pretty much goes without saying. It may even require that cell phones are a bit bigger. But, maybe I'm just blowing smoke or something thinking that people will actually go for bigger, more functional cell phones. And what's up with watching the Web and TV on the stupid little cell phone screen? Oh yeah, that's really entertaining. We can all sit and watch TV in tall screen. ??? Stop Internet and TV abuse NOW!

Anyhow, I just thought I'd go on a rant. Cell phones suck. That's all I have to say, really. Something needs to be done to make them 100% reliable if we're going to use them as more than just overenthusiastic toys.

Amen.
