All right! Here it is New Year's Eve and I'm sitting here working on my blog among other things. Youshould know that I do slave over these posts. Especially when they are full of stupid links like this one. :)

Okay, so the other day I went to Kevin's house to watch the Lord of the Rings. No, it wasn't just a casual watching of the movie. We watched the first two Extended Editions in a row (nearly 8 hours of movies) and then we went to Jordan Commons (wow, big place) and saw the Return of the King. Yeah, all in all it was more than 12 hours of being in a movie theatre. Kevin's home theatre system is awesome! I want one! During the second movie (The Two Towers) I sat next to the great subwoofer. And I thought my little sub was good for my computer system. Yeah, I was humbled severely.

One note about the movie marathon: It was very enjoyable, but also very mind-numbing. When it was over, I didn't want to watch another movie for like a month.

Yeah, how long did that last? Well, last night, Kristin came to my house with her friends Danielle and Scott. We watched the Temple of Doom and got pretty well into Finding Nemo before the other chamacos decided they had headaches and wanted to go home. :) It was really fun; I enjoyed myself quite a bit. See, I think I have been desensitized to long bouts of movies because of the LOTR marathon. After one movie, I felt I was just barely getting warmed up.

Anyhow, I just thought I'd tell you about that, yo!

Again, have a happy New Year! I'm not exaclty sure what's going on with me. I will be going to a friend's house, but perhaps, if the weather holds the way it has, we can go down to SLC to see some of the First Night celebrations. (Hope, hope)

[insert Hebrew word for "farewell" here]
